Maintenance

Print

We have On-Site and Off-Site maintenance options.

With our On-Site maintenance service, we will come out and undertake repairs and servicing of equipment at the client’s premises.  If parts are needed, we will ship these direct to the client and then complete the repair on-site.  This will ensure minimum downtime, be less hassle and no cost of removing equipment.

This On-Site service is available on a pay-as-you-go basis or alternatively the client may take out a service contract that will provide added security and peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

With our Off-Site maintenance service, the faulty equipment is brought to our main location for servicing. The client can either ship to us or take advantage of our collection and delivery service.

If the removal of the equipment would mean downtime in any way, we would endeavour to provide a temporary replacement that would ensure that your events and facilities remain in full service.
